Remco Volcanius, The Stone King
Remco Volcanius sat upon his throne as he had for centuries. The iron fist so heavy he was unable to move. The throne was a pile of bones. A mountain. All who had fought or betrayed the ruler of the Southlands, The Stone King now rested below him.
Now after centuries, the throne of bone was so large he able to see over the treetops and view the ocean and the lands that had fought the relentless, pounding tides.
“Now, I look down at everything” he smiled. It soon faded into the familiar scowl.
On the coast of lower Valaria he saw the clouds of rain and snow approaching and knew that Kangmiwu had released The Sun King and that both were approaching to finally free him.
“After all this time” he snarled, I have finally risen to the top of this wretched land and now I must give it back to the fool who put me here.”
He looked at the glove of burden, the iron fist, and smiled again. “At least I will be finished with this weight, I will be able to move again. Once this promise is fulfilled”
He felt for the first time in centuries, a cool breeze.
“It will be good to return to the ice.”
